We hope you LOVE your purchase! All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO CASH REFUNDS.

Returns


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must email us at: fric-n-frac@hotmail.com explaining the reason for your return with a copy of your receipt of purchase, and a photo of the product you wish to return.  We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, does not match the description, or was never received.

No returns are honored for any other reason!

Please do not send your purchase item back.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 5 days.

If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fric-n-frac@hotmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
No, unfortunately once you place your order it cannot be canceled or changed. However, it can be returned. Please see our return Policy.
